ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on hiddenhideout.co.uk are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.


SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping rates in the UK below:

  • UK £6.50 inc P&P: Fed Ex  1 – 2 business days
  • UK £6.50 inc P&P: DPD  1 – 2 business days
  • Free shipping in the UK available on orders
  • Stated fees at the time of checkout include Customs duties/taxes.

By choosing Express shipping, this does not bypass the processing time. Your order will be shipped after processing.

RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 30 days upon receiving your item to return items purchased on hiddenhideout.co.uk
  • Returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Delivery charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Allow 10 business days for your refund to process prior to sending back
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Hidden Hideout products not purchased from hiddenhideout.co.uk

DISCLAIMER

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/ activity will be flagged in our system.
If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our terms of use.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To start a return, you need to contact us at returns@hiddenhideout.co.uk

If your return is accepted, please purchase a returns label located within our Accessories section.  We will then send your prepaid return shipping label to your email address.

Please note, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us with 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund
